Sr. Executive Customer Service

Job Description

Dealing with all walkin staff & Suppliers who will be visiting warehouse for uniforms collections & other queries and assist them accordingly.

Coordination with all outstation destination spoc's, station managers for uniforms mattters(entire Vistara network)

Timely update to User for material receipt in warehouse ( MTM or any new material )

Will ensure that uniforms are stored at correct designated area with proper marking and labelling, so that material are easily trace and located for picking

Will ensure that correct inventory control is maintained and physical inventory is done on fortnightly and monthly basis to avoid any discrepancy in inventory.

Ensure proper documentation is maintained by staffs (receiving, dispatch, reverse shipment, Bin card etc.)

Proper communication on phone & email for complete Pan India staff for ensuring that their uniforms are dispatch/ issued on timely basis against request receive.

All pending material for individual staff is timely monitored and needs to be issued as soon material is received.

Pre alert email of the uniforms material dispatch should be done timely for intimation at destination.

Material receiving for all new uniforms material should be intimated to all concerned, as soon material is receive in warehouse.

Various MIS reports like department wise issuance details, resigned staff data,old uniforms return data etc. to be maintained as per business requirement.

Any issue related to unfiorms material like replacement, damage, MTM ( Inward, dispatch ) should be checked and resolved timely.

Collect Feedback from staff & share with Purchase team

Communicate with Vistara team (Procurement,GS,Inflight,Security, Flight Ops, Eng, HR,etc

Skills required

Communication skills , Listening skills, Product knowledge, Problem-solving skills,Positive attitude, The ability to respond quickly, Time management skills,Patience, Interpersonal skills( coordinate with HR,FLT OPS, Cabin Crew,GS,SEC,ENG, Catering,etc)
