Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales & Service Engineer to join our team in Nashik. This dual-focused role is critical for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, while simultaneously ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent technical support, installation, and after-sales service. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our complex technical products/solutions and customer needs, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and leveraging technical knowledge to propose relevant solutions [, ].
Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the value and technical aspects of our products/services to potential customers [, ].
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals [, ].
Generate new business by following up on leads, researching target clients, and managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing [].
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities [].
Technical Support & Service:
Provide pre-sales technical support by answering technical inquiries, participating in sales meetings, and assisting customers with product selection and configuration [].
Offer post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and providing effective solutions for product-related problems [, , ].
Perform installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of products/equipment at customer sites as required [, ].
Conduct product training for clients on-site or remotely to ensure proper usage and satisfaction [, ].
Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for complex technical issues and present findings to management [].
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor [, ].

Documentation & Reporting:
