1. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with

3. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
4. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
5. Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
6. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
7. Meeting sales targets set for the territory.
8. Updating customer data base, record and process orders.
9. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
10. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports & making recommendations to management.
11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
12. Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting and technical service areas.
