Job Description

lead generation and prospecting: identifying and qualifying new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.

sales strategy and planning: developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve individual and team sales targets. this includes understanding the target market, competitor landscape, and product value proposition.

customer relationship management: building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. acting as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.

product knowledge and presentation: possessing in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and effectively presenting their features and benefits to potential clients. this often involves creating and delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.

negotiation and closing deals: negotiating contract terms, pricing, and services to close sales deals and secure new business.

sales reporting and analysis: tracking sales activities, preparing regular sales reports, and analyzing performance against targets. providing management with feedback and market insights.

collaboration: working closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals and provide feedback from the market.

market research: staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and threats.
