Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively identifying new sales opportunities, engaging with potential and existing customers, effectively presenting our products/services, and consistently achieving individual sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to building strong customer relationships directly in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Actively research and identify new sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, direct field visits (door-to-door, business-to-business), networking events, and market research within the assigned territory.
Initiate contact with potential customers and qualify their needs and interest in our offerings.
Sales Presentations & Product/Service Demonstrations:
Conduct professional sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients at their locations (., homes, offices, retail outlets, factories, etc., as relevant to the industry).
Clearly articulate the value proposition, features, and benefits of our products/services to meet specific customer requirements and overcome objections.
Achieving Sales Targets:
Consistently work towards and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.
Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategic discussions to enhance sales effectiveness and contribute to team goals.
Negotiation & Closing Deals:
Engage in persuasive negotiation of pricing, terms, and conditions to successfully close sales deals.
Prepare and submit accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in a timely manner.
Follow up effectively on leads and pending proposals to convert them into sales.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the sales cycle.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Keep abreast of competitive activities, pricing strategies, and emerging market trends within the assigned territory.
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence, and share actionable insights with the sales and marketing management team.
Prepare and submit accurate and timely daily/weekly/monthly activity reports, sales forecasts, and expense reports using designated CRM software or reporting tools.
Product & Service Knowledge:
Develop and maintain a deep and comprehensive understanding of the company's products/services, including their technical specifications, pricing models, competitive advantages, and market positioning.
Actively participate in product training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance knowledge and sales capabilities.
