we are seeking an experienced and motivated sales engineer to join our team in manesar. the ideal candidate should have strong sales experience in test and measuring instruments and a sound understanding of power electronics. the role involves building relationships with customers, understanding technical requirements, and driving sales growth by providing innovative solutions.

key responsibilities:

drive sales of test and measuring instruments across assigned territory and industry verticals.

identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.

provide technical consultation, product presentations, and demonstrations to customers.

collaborate with principals and partners like keysight, ametek, tektronix, neware, itech, etc., for delivering solutions.

understand customer requirements and propose technically feasible and commercially viable solutions.

prepare quotations, negotiate offers, and close orders to achieve sales targets.

maintain and develop long-term customer relationships.

work closely with the internal engineering and service teams for project execution and after-sales support.

regularly monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to align sales strategies.

required qualifications & skills:

bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics/instrumentation/power electronics engineering or equivalent.

minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales of test and measuring instruments.

good understanding of power electronics and instrumentation.

prior experience working with brands such as keysight, ametek, tektronix, neware, itech, etc., is preferred.

strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

proficiency in ms office and basic crm tools.
