About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in the Travel Industry. This role will focus on attracting new clients and driving business growth through direct engagement and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
Identify and target potential clients in the travel and tourism sector.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and offer tailored solutions.
Market Research & Lead Generation:
Research market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base.
Sales Strategy & Reporting:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
Track progress and provide regular updates.
Negotiation & Closing Deals:
Negotiate terms and close contracts with new clients.
Ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
1+ years in business development, sales, or client management (preferably in the travel industry).
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Others:
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the city.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
