Job Summary:

We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Research Analysts to support PhD scholars in their research work. You will be responsible for understanding the research topic, conducting in-depth literature reviews, data collection, analysis, and writing high-quality research content as per academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand research objectives and requirements of PhD/Master's scholars.

Conduct thorough literature reviews from reputed journals and databases.

Assist in problem identification and research proposal drafting.

Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.

Prepare research documents, thesis chapters, and technical papers.

Ensure proper citation and academic integrity in all content.

Coordinate with scholars, supervisors, and the internal technical team.

Support in journal paper writing and conference publications.

Use statistical tools like SPSS, R, or Python for data analysis (if required).

Meet project deadlines and follow up with clients for updates or clarifications.

Required Skills:

Strong research and analytical skills.

Excellent academic writing and documentation ability.

Familiarity with referencing styles (APA, MLA, IEEE, etc.).

Basic understanding of research methodologies and tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of statistical or simulation tools is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

Masters or ./PhD in a relevant domain (Engineering, Management, Life Science, Social Science, etc.).

Freshers with good academic knowledge and writing skills can also apply.
