We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Property Advisor to join our dynamic real estate team in Nashik. The Property Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the local real estate market in Nashik. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and committed to providing exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients (buyers, sellers, and renters).

Needs Assessment: Understand clients' property requirements, preferences, and financial capabilities through effective questioning and active listening.

Property Matching: Identify and present suitable properties to clients based on their needs and preferences from our portfolio and the wider Nashik market.

Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings with clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

Market Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market trends, property values, and legal procedures in Nashik.

Sales and Negotiation: Guide clients through the sales or rental process, provide advice, negotiate terms, and facilitate successful transactions.

Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads through various methods such as networking, referrals, online platforms, and open houses.

Documentation and Compliance: Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to property transactions in Maharashtra.

Follow-up and Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and foster long-term relationships for future business and referrals.

Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property details, and transaction progress in ourCRM
