Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will utilize your planning and project leadership skills to deliver solutions and guide our customers to achieve their goals. To be successful in the role, the Project Manager should have an expert level of knowledge in both technical project management methodologies and is adept at quickly analyzing and identifying client business needs. You own everything related to the successful implementation of Easy Queue solutions and serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. You harbor deep-seated respect for customer service, support, and success. You have impeccable relational and communication skills. You are a strong advocate of technology, youre a problem solver by nature, and you thrive on tackling challenges. This position requires strong project management capabilities, effective communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to provide insight around potential risks and opportunities, resolve conflict, initiate resolution, and deliver results.

Responsibilities and Duties

Growing revenue via prospecting, selling and closing enterprise client accounts

Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle

Consulting with the client on specific requirements and processes for delivering and maintaining solutions by partnering with an internal technical lead and client teams to identify the various roles required by the project to meet project delivery goals

Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations

Calling to establish new opportunities

Developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads

Tracking customer information, forecasts and reports by creating and maintaining required project documents including project schedule, requirement specifications, and progress reports on a regular basis.

Planning & Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teams for the end users and
