Job Description

• to monitoring & control of the manufacturing environments.

• ensure the compliance with the requirement of gmp & sanitation.

• ensure cleaning & sanitation of all production, packing equipments & environment.

• handling of all production & packing machine operators throughout the shift.

• coordinate with quality department for implementation of food safety management system throughout the shop floor.

• ensure production & packing of finish goods, wip & bulk materials as per cadbury quality protocol & as per government rules & regulations.

• ensure implementation of haccp protocol throughout the production & packing department.

• responsible for implementation of cadbury qp system related to production & packing.

• to ensure that the required initial and continuing training of his department personnel

and the plant personnels is carried out and adapted according to need.

• active participation on site during internal audits, regulatory audits & cadbury global audits.

• handling of manpower on shop floor efficiently & delivering maximum output with proper quality parameter.

• maintaining all required documentation as per cadbury quality protocol.
