Job Description

we are currently hiring for the position of production manager for one of our pharmaceutical clients based in ankleshwar, gujarat. the offered budget is up to ₹10-15 lpa.

*role overview:*

this is a senior-level position responsible for leading end-to-end sterile injectable production—including ampoule, vial, and lyophilization lines—with a strong focus on cgmp compliance, timely delivery, and process optimisation.

*key highlights:*

• develop & implement annual production plans

• ensure compliance with sops, fda, and who-gmp guidelines

• monitor daily output, yield & oee; take corrective actions

• oversee bmr/bpr preparation, validation & audits

• coordinate with qc/qa for in-process checks & batch release

• lead and train a team of supervisors and operators

• drive improvements using 5s, kaizen, six sigma tools

🔹*requirements:*

• m / m / chemistry or related field

• 8+ years in sterile injectable manufacturing, 3+ years in a managerial role

• must have hands-on experience with liquid ampoules, vials, and lyophilised vials
