The person shall be responsible for managing the product service requirement of
customers in Northern and Eastern India for ENRX Pvt Ltd. with help of break
down support, commissioning support, service support, warranty support etc. He
should know how to operate customized industrial machines and should be
flexible working round the clock to meet customer needs.
8. Essential responsibilities and tasks
Service and commissioning of system at the customer site
Extensive travelling must be expected
Service repairs and test in our internal factory workshop
Provide telephone and e-mail support for all ENRX customers.
Assist in training of customers and new employees if any.
Promote aftersales activities

12. Knowledge and skills
Minimum 3 years experience in field service wrt to power electronics component
is required.
Basic knowledge on CNC/PLC programming & machine operating will be given
preference.

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English, both oral and written
