Job Description:

As an On-Ground Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and sales for PrintSEC. You will be required to visit educational institutions, courts, and other potential points of contact to promote our services and generate new leads. You will be expected to build strong relationships with potential clients, identify their problems, and provide them with solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Generate leads and sales by visiting educational institutions, courts, Hospitals, Popular cafes and other potential points of contact.

2)Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

3)Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

4)Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings.

5)Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, product requirements, and customer needs.

Qualifications:

1)MBA with at least 1 year of experience in on-ground sales.

2)Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

3)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4)Strong negotiation skills.

5)Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6)Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

7)Familiarity with the educational institutions and courts market is preferred.

8)Must be willing to travel extensively within the territory.
