- Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies aligned with HD ENGINEERING��s business goals and brand positioning

- Ensure consistent messaging across channels: website, social media, email campaigns, proposals, events, and media relations .

- Produce compelling content��case studies, white papers, blog posts, press releases, brochures, presentations��that articulate HD ENGINEERING��s technical expertise and project success .

- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex engineering concepts into accessible marketing collateral

- Monitor performance metrics and adapt content strategy based on analytics .

- Plan and execute the firm��s presence at industry events, conferences, webinars, and client presentations��develop collateral, coordinate logistics, and capture leads

- Support internal marketing initiatives: newsletters, intranet updates, employee events, aligning internal messaging with external brand communication

- Ensure alignment and compliance with brand guidelines in all internal documentation and presentations .

- Draft and distribute press releases, manage media outreach, and build relationships with industry publications and influencers

- Support reputation and issues management by ensuring proactive, consistent corporate messaging

- Develop and maintain marketing collateral��brand profiles, flyers, infographics, website visuals��that reflect brand standards and technical credibility

- Partner with engineering, sales, proposals, HR, and leadership to align messaging, support business development, and amplify project achievements

- Contribute to proposal development by preparing compelling marketing content, project summaries, and visuals .

- Stay current with industry trends, emerging channels, and competitor practices to innovate HD ENGINEERING��s communications
