Job Description

Understand the market segments and prospect relevant contacts from different sources, directories, LinkedIn etc.

Arranging business meetings and following up with potentials, to convert them into qualified leads.

Understanding customers specific business needs and documenting the same.

Create well drafted documents & reports to be shared with prospects, sales team and management as required.

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

Upselling, Cross Selling to the potential customers.

Ability to communicate orally with customers via phone, to generate interest in the product.

Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.

Update internal ERP daily, with all relevant facts and information about a prospect, covering end to end life cycle.

Practice highest ethics whilst conducting business dealings with customers, consultants and fellow employees.

Constantly endeavor to keep the Company database updated with all relevant information.

Constant focus on improving the inside sales process by coming up with new approaches.
