Job Description

- Greet and assist walk-in clients, understand their requirements, and provide product recommendations accordingly.

- Explain features, specifications, and benefits of various bath fittings, sanitaryware, tiles, and marble products to customers.

- Actively promote products to increase showroom sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Draft price quotes, sales orders, and coordinate billing for confirmed purchases.

- Check product availability and coordinate with the warehouse or procurement team for stock updates.

- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.

- Ensure that all product displays in the showroom are clean, well-organized, and updated as per current trends.

- Update daily sales logs, customer feedback, and follow-up information in internal systems.

- Support field sales executives by managing in-store client visits and sharing lead details.

- Keep up-to-date with new product launches, market trends, and competitor offerings in the bath and sanitary industry.
