HR Executive

Location: Sindhubhavan, Ahmedabad

Experience: Fresher

Education: Any Graduate (Pr. MBA)

Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, Gujarati

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth recruitment processes, assisting in employee engagement activities, and maintaining HR records with confidentiality and accuracy. This role provides an excellent opportunity for freshers to build their careers in Human Resources and gain valuable experience in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

- Support onboarding activities, including documentation and orientation for new employees.

- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and reports.

- Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.

- Organize employee engagement initiatives and company events.

- Address employee queries and coordinate with different departments to resolve concerns.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies and company guidelines.

- Support performance management processes and training initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
