recruitment/new hire process:
• participating in recruitment efforts
• posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
• scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
• collecting employment and tax information
• ensuring background and reference checks are completed
• preparing new employee files
• orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
• serving as a point person for all new employee questions
• bank a/c form submission , account to be opened within 1 month of joining
• documents verification
• appointment letter bond to be sent & received back from employee within one month.
• handling all employee enquiries & grievances. negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions
administration:
• attendance entry on daily basis
• every saturday attendance verification
• monthly attendance data to be sent to employee for sign and stamp, deadline 28th of every month
• reviewing, updating and maintaining proper filing of pf forms, hr handbook, performance appraisal form and training schedules.
• maintaining current hr files and databases
• updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
• maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
requirements
• proven work experience as a recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
• hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as human resource information systems (hris) or human resource management systems (hrms)
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• strong decision-making skills
• comfortable working in a highly visible role
• exceptional analytical and prob
