We are seeking a motivated and professional Telecaller to join our recruitment team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in connecting prospective employees with our company. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to potential candidates from our database, providing them with information about job openings, and inviting them for interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective employees using data provided by the company.
Explain job opportunities, interview details, and company information clearly to candidates.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to schedule and confirm interview timings.
Maintain accurate call logs and update candidate information in the database.
Address candidate inquiries and provide excellent communication support.
Working Hours:
Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Days: Monday to Saturday
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English or Hindi or Tamil or Bengali or Telugu].
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Basic computer proficiency to handle databases and log information.
Prior experience in telecalling or recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory.
