•soft skills:excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

key responsibilities
1. talent acquisition:
•develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
•utilize job boards, naukri, linkedin, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels to find potential hires.
2. candidate screening and selection:
•review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job dinate and conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual, or in-person) with hiring managers.
3. job posting and employer branding:
•write and post clear, engaging job descriptions on various platforms.
•represent the company as an employer of choice by highlighting its values, culture, and opportunities.
4. recruitment coordination:
•schedule interviews, provide feedback to candidates, and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
•prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and onboard new hires effectively.
5. database management:
•maintain and update a recruitment database or applicant tracking system (ats) with candidate details, progress, and outcomes.
6. stakeholder collaboration:
•work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
•provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
7. market research:
•stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
8. compliance:
•ensure all recruitment activities adhere to local labor laws and company policies.
