screen candidates: evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and qualifications through resume reviews and initial screenings.
conduct interviews: coordinate and conduct interviews, and participate in the decision-making process to select the best candidates.
manage onboarding: assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
promote the business: build and maintain a positive brand image for bsri solutions in the job market through various outreach activities and events.
stay current: keep up-to-date with the latest it industry trends, digital salaries, and hiring laws to provide relevant advice and insights.
qualifications:
proven experience as an it recruiter or in a similar role
strong understanding of it roles, technologies, and industry trends
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ats) and recruitment software
bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, or a related field is preferred
