roles & responsibilities
• identify potential markets, sales channels, competition and propose effective sales strategy plan for market expansion & development to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets & kpis.
• lead a team of sales personnel.
• actively explore all possible sales channels for business opportunities to increase sales volume/value.
• establish network and build good rapport with existing & potential clients.
• conceptualize strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base.
• creating the powerful distribution network by identifying super stockiest, distributors and other business opportunities, negotiating and closing the deal from the front.
• ensuring proper documentation and statutory compliance
• setting sales targets both primary and secondary along with the number of retail stores to be opened/serviced every month and achieving the same for each distributor for yourself and for the sales executive/sales officer
• managing sales to the super stockiest, distributors, and further to retail stores, thereby achieving sales targets by retailing yourself and through the sales resources.
• managing distributor's invoicing, sales, dispatch, and collections through the companies and the distributor's team sales.
• present relevant sales & operations reports and forecasts to the management team.
• monitoring, training, grooming, and motivating the sales team to deliver targeted results by providing support, information, and guidance.
• implementing sales promotions & marketing initiatives effectively and efficiently
requirements
• experience & exposures of pan india
• diploma/ degree in sales management, business management or a related field with at least 7 years in fmcg industry/stationery
• excellent track records in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal relationship and communication.
• strong business acumen sense and industry expertise.
