Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Head Mistress(Only Female) to lead our Pre primary section with a strong commitment to academic excellence, holistic development, and ethical values. The ideal candidate should have outstanding leadership qualities and a passion for nurturing young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and instructional leadership to the school.

Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student discipline.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive school environment.

Supervise, mentor, and support teaching and administrative staff.

Liaise with parents, the management committee, and educational authorities.

Oversee curriculum implementation, extracurricular activities, and school events.

Manage school operations, budgeting, and compliance with educational regulations.

Qualifications:

Min Graduate with 3-7 years experience in Nursery

Montessori / NTT / ECCED trained

Minimum [710] years of teaching experience, including [35] years in a leadership role.

Proven leadership and administrative experience in a reputed school.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of modern educational practices and technology integration.
