As a Field Sales Executive, you will be primarily responsible for direct sales activities, engaging with prospective and existing customers in an assigned geographical territory in Nashik and surrounding areas. You will travel extensively to meet clients face-to-face, promote and sell our [products/services], achieve sales targets, and build strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, coupled with a proactive and independent approach to sales.
Responsibilities
Territory Management & Prospecting:
Strategically plan daily travel routes and customer visits within the assigned territory.
Actively prospect for new leads and potential customers through door-to-door visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals in the field.
Identify customer needs and pain points effectively during face-to-face interactions.
Product Presentation & Sales:
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers, clearly articulating their features, benefits, and value proposition.
Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer questions effectively.
Negotiate sales terms, handle objections, and close deals to achieve individual sales targets consistently.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Regularly follow up with customers to ensure post-sales satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business or referrals.
Market Intelligence:
Gather valuable market information on customer feedback, competitor activities, and local market trends during field visits.
Report market insights to the sales supervisor/manager to help refine sales strategies.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all field sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system or designated mobile sales application daily.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, new acquisitions, and field challenges.
Assist customers with necessary documentation for sales closures (., application forms, agreements) on the spot.
Payment Collection (if applicable):
Coordinate with customers or internal teams for timely payment collection as per company policy.
