Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and proactive Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in Nashik and its surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets through direct field visits and strategic sales initiatives. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for direct customer interaction and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition:
Identify, research, and generate new leads and sales opportunities within the assigned territory (Nashik city and district, and potentially beyond) through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, referrals, and market analysis.
Conduct market research to understand local market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and identify potential segments for growth.
Initiate contact with potential clients, present compelling value propositions, and effectively communicate how our products/services meet their specific business requirements.
Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation, proposal submission, and successful deal closure.
Prepare customized sales proposals, presentations, and quotations accurately and professionally.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and discussions with prospective clients at their premises.
Target Achievement:
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business and referrals.
