Responsibilities of candidates include:
�� Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
�� Visit the customer location and make customer pay the loan/due balance
�� Investigate historical data for each debt/ loan bill
�� Ensure the customers are aware of the consequences of not clearing the dues on time
�� Provide timely updates Management on the progress of debt recovery efforts
�� Negotiate payment deadlines and payment plans
�� Collection to be done in assigned retail Loans and any other loans as assigned by the Bank from time to time
Key result areas to contribute towards company��s profitability by ensuring 100% collection both in terms of customer and value resulting to a sustained business with desired customer satisfaction.
