�� hardware desktop, laptop part replacement & troubleshooting.

�� experience with windows installation & troubleshooting.

�� knowledge of office peripherals, like printers, and scanners.

�� identification of problems and providing technical solutions.

�� should be up to date with the upgrades and maintain the systems updated.

�� crimping, punching & lan testing

�� anti-virus, setting-up meeting application & ticketing tool.

�� basic knowledge in networking, adsl routing, and switching.

�� troubleshoot network and wireless connectivity of end users.

�� monitoring of cctv ip camera and isp links.
