Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service for the client
Responsible for all email and phone communication as customer service touch points
General website maintenance, including visual merchandising on the site, identifying no-stocks, and refreshing category pages
Coordinate with warehouse on incoming/outgoing logistics
Partner with E-commerce team on weekly product launches
Partner with the store Concierge team to ensure consistent customer service message
Key Deliverables:
Exceptional customer service
Logistics management and co-ordination with third party logistics players
Provide customer support and service; always ensure the very best customer experience
Work closely with the warehouse to ensure all incoming and outgoing product is handled and processed accurately and timely
Assist in E-commerce product launches, adhering to launch schedule and brand expectations
Qualifications
Attitude:
A highly motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility and the ability to converse with all levels both internally and externally
Must be energetic and self-motivated. Willing to do whatever is required to get the job done
Decisive, structured and organized, with a keen eye for detail
Performs as a team-player
Skills:
1-2 years of experience in an E-commerce Customer Service role is required
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
**Should be willing to work in the Middle East shifts (6 day week - Saturday will be the week off)
**Experience in the beauty/Cosmetics industry is preferred but not mandatory
