We are looking for smart and dynamic individuals to join our Client Operations team as E-Commerce Specialists. You can find the information about the role below:
Key Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service for the client
• Responsible for all email and phone communication as customer service touch points
• General website maintenance, including visual merchandising on the site, identifying no-stocks, and refreshing category pages
• Coordinate with warehouse on incoming/outgoing logistics
• Partner with E-commerce team on weekly product launches
• Partner with the store Concierge team to ensure consistent customer service message
Key Deliverables:
• Exceptional customer service
• Logistics management and co-ordination with third party logistics players
• Provide customer support and service; always ensure the very best customer experience
• Work closely with the warehouse to ensure all incoming and outgoing product is handled and processed accurately and timely
• Assist in E-commerce product launches, adhering to launch schedule and brand expectations
Qualifications
Attitude:
• A highly motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility and the ability to converse with all levels both internally and externally
• Must be energetic and self-motivated. Willing to do whatever is required to get the job done
• Decisive, structured and organized, with a keen eye for detail
• Performs as a team-player
Skills:
• 1-2 years of experience in an E-commerce Customer Service role is required
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
**Should be willing to work in the Middle East shifts (6 day week - Saturday will be the week off)
**Experience in the beauty/Cosmetics industry is preferred but not mandatory
