Roles and Responsibilities

Taking Incoming calls of customers and capturing important details in the system.

Understand the customer's query and provide resolution.

Document accurately.

Doing Outbound calls to customers and attending to their queries and helping them take consultations with doctors.

Desired Candidate Profile

Good verbal and written Communication Skills (Hindi, Basic English & No MTI Issue)

Good in customer dealing (Know about Customer Service, Online Shopping Portals)

Knowledge of Computer, Basic Typing

Good Interpersonal Skills (Positive attitude, Negotiation Skills)

Sales driven (Know basic selling skills on call)

Listening skills.

Awareness about digital payments platforms.
