Professional Experience:

1. Experience with Emerson/CSI Hardware and Software (AMS 2140, AMS

Machinery Manager)/Prufftechnik Hardware and Software (Vibxpert

II/ominitrend)

2. Experience with other manufacturers CBM Hardware and Software such

as Bently Nevada, CSI 6500, BK VIBRO, SKF

3. Good Understanding about working knowledge of Vibration Analysis

Software, Vibration Data Acquisition systems, Vibration sensors and various

Condition Monitoring techniques

4. Good understanding on gearbox, generator and bearing failure modes and

problem solving

5. Expertise on Root Cause Failure Analysis, Basic Fault Diagnosis and

Condition Evaluation

6. Experienced on the commercial side, and decidedly hands-on and not just

theoretical

7. Experience in other CBM technologies like Laser shaft alignment,

thermography, NDT, lubricant analysis, and other technical/mechanical

experience

Responsibilities:

1. Primary duties will be monitoring and diagnosing the health condition of

machines to highlight the potential failures and/or damages before they

happen using condition based monitoring techniques like Vibration Monitoring,

Thermography, Ultrasonic testing, Laser Shaft alignment, NDT, Lube oil

analysis etc.

2. Vibration data collection and analysis at customer site.

3. Technical reporting of potential reliability conditions

4. Constant interaction with the clients.

5. Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working around the rotating

equipment

6. Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends

7. Willing to travel overnight as and when required

Competencies:

1. Fluency in English and have good communication, presentation skills

2. Exposure to Condition Monitoring

3. Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working around rotating

equipment.
