We are seeking a proactive and strategic Franchise Development Manager (FDM) to lead the recruitment and development of new franchise partners and drive business growth across various regions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in franchise expansion, partner management, and ensuring compliance with operational standards, particularly in Gujarat, Rajasthan, MP, CG, TN, and Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruit new franchise partners to expand the company’s network and footprint.

2. Identify new markets and regions for franchise development and business expansion.

3. Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing support to new and existing franchisees.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure consistent revenue generation and growth.

5. Guide potential franchisees by offering detailed insights into the franchise model, business opportunity, and investment requirements.

6. Ensure all franchise operations comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

7. Conduct performance evaluations and submit regular reports to senior management on franchise performance and market development.
