**Job Title:** Business Development Manager, Human Resources Consulting Services

**Summary:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team of HR consultants. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement sales strategies for HR consulting services

* Identify and target potential clients

* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

* Qualify leads and present proposals

* Close deals and manage client accounts

* Track and report on sales performance

**Qualifications:**

* 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the HR consulting industry

* Strong understanding of the HR consulting market and the needs of different types of clients

* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Proven track record of success in closing deals

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
