Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly strategic, results-driven, and influential Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives and expand our market footprint in Nashik and beyond. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's overall growth objectives and market leadership aspirations.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and trend identification to uncover new opportunities and market segments.
Identify potential strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaboration opportunities to expand business reach.
New Business Acquisition & Sales Cycle Management:
Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue high-value new business opportunities within target industries or client segments.
Lead the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting and lead generation to complex contract negotiation and successful deal closure.
Build and manage a robust, high-value sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress through all stages.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, revenue quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Client Relationship Management:
Establish, cultivate, and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, senior executives, and influencers within prospective client organizations.
Deeply understand client needs, business challenges, strategic objectives, and procurement processes to propose tailored, value-driven solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions that address their critical business requirements.
Proposal & Presentation Leadership:
Oversee and contribute to the development of compelling, customized proposals, sales pitches, and presentations that clearly articulate our unique value proposition and competitive advantages.
