Job Description

Core Responsibility

Responsible for acquisition of Small to Large Corporates for various banking related products.

Enhancing/maintaining existing client relationships

Enhancing/ Maintaining Relationship with Banks and deriving leads from them Build relationship with CA and other NBFC's to generate Leads

Achieving the targeted growth in revenue and market share. - Scanning the market for potential leads, targeting and converting the same into business for the company.

Manage Lead Generation by working on databases/ Negotiate and closure of mandates with potential clients referrals

Skills looking for

Capability to do Direct sourcing

Ability to build relationship Basic understanding of the balance Sheet

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Self Motivated

Good Negotiation Skills

Knowledge of the Banking Products/Rating Products would be preferable

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

Qualification: Graduate in any stream or MBA.

Experience

1-5 years in Banks/ NBFC/ other financial advisory Firms/ Credit Rating Agency
