Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This role is integral to our growth strategy and offers a unique opportunity for individuals with a passion for business development and a drive for success.

Key Details:

Working Hours: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM (Compulsory)

Age Requirement: Below 25 years only

Weekend Work: Yes, weekends are part of the work schedule.

Start Date: Joining on December 13

Educational Requirement: Must and should be a graduate or in the final year of graduation.

Language Requirement: Proficiency in English and Hindi.

Work Location: Office-based work.

Role and Responsibilities: As a Business Development Executive at INTRNFORTE, you will play a pivotal role in our success. Your responsibilities will include:

Knowledge Development: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company's offerings, services, and products.

Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to new and existing customers through various means, including cold calling, follow-up calls, introduction emails, and follow-up emails.

Activity Tracking: Maintain and update daily activities and progress in a tracker to monitor and measure performance effectively.

Social Media Marketing: Utilize social media platforms for marketing purposes, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our online presence.

Cold Calling: Actively engage in cold calling prospects to generate leads and explore potential business opportunities.

Inbound Queries: Handle incoming queries from interested customers or prospects promptly and professionally.


Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

A proactive approach to business development.
