Roles and Responsibilities of Business Development Executive:
1. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
2. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain as well customer satisfaction.
3. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
4. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
5. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
6. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
7. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
8. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
9. Developing documents and proposals for clients.
10. Build long-term relationship with new and existing customers and subsequently grow the business by leveraging those relationship.
Skills:
1. Proven work experience as a business development executive in IT field for minimum years or relevant profile in IT field.
2. Proven sales track record.
3. Strong experience of potential bidding on various portals.
4. Strong English communication skills for international clients including LRWS.
5. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
6. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
7. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
