Job Profile
We are seeking Business Development Executives to support the sales team in implementing sales strategies that generate business from various colleges and Universities. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn about sales management skills, and support the sales team in generating new business, maintaining positive client connections, providing post-sale services, and keeping all the information and documents fully updated.
Job Responsibilities:
1. To assist the senior in day to day sales activities, like managing sales schedules and filing important documents, writing Minutes of the Meetings, etc.
2. Support the sales team in generating new business through cold calling, aligning meetings both online and offline, identifying prospects by doing research online and through social media, finding out relevant Educational events across territories, responsible for collections, and keeping the sales team and respective senior updated on the same.
3. To provide proper solutions to clients queries and give after sales support, responding to complaints from clients whenever its required.
4. Maintain good relationships with existing clients and with potential clients.
5. Contribute to the overall client satisfaction by promptly responding to them either by phone or email.
6. Able to anticipate, inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems, issues, and client expectations in coordination with the backend team.
7. Act as a point of contact for urgent calls, emails, and messages in the absence of senior.
Requirement:
1. Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and coordination skills.
2. A good team player with a high level of energy, dedication, and a learning attitude.
3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets.
4. Efficient in conducting Online Meetings through tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, etc.
5. Should have either a Car or a 2-wheeler to move around for local coverage.
6. Education qualification: Any Bachelor's or Master's degree.
7. Last but not least, a person with a positive and growth mindset.
