key responsibilities:

develop and execute marketing strategies: create and implement effective b2c marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

customer acquisition: lead efforts to acquire new b2c customers through various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and more.

brand building: build and manage the techpaathshala brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand identity in all marketing materials.

team management: lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, setting clear goals and ensuring the team's success.

digital marketing: oversee digital marketing initiatives, including seo, sem, email marketing, and social media advertising.

content marketing: develop and execute content marketing strategies to engage and educate our target audience.

analytics and reporting: use data-driven insights to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-backed decisions for optimization.

budget management: develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and campaigns.

market research: stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to make informed marketing decisions.

collaboration: work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and success of marketing efforts.

qualifications:

bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (master's degree preferred).

proven experience in b2c marketing with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.

strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including seo, sem, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

creative thinker with a strong strategic mindset.

proficiency with marketing tools and analytics platforms.

strong project management skills.
