Job Title: Area Sales Executive

Vacancies: 2 Positions-(1 for Kolkata and 1 for North 24 Parganas)

Preferred Location: Kolkata and North 24 Parganas (Preferably from: Garia, Jadavpur, Ruby, Picnic Garden, Ballygunge, Salt Lake, Newtown, Bidhan Nagar, Laketown, Baguiati, Tegharia, Maniktala, Kakurgachi, Barrackpore, Sodepur, Titagarh, Khardaha).

Job Summary:

We are hiring Area Sales Executives for field sales and customer engagement in the specified areas of Kolkata and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, field-oriented, and possess strong relationship-building skills to generate leads and convert them into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily field visits to prospective customers to understand their construction material requirements.

Visit new individual home-building (non-project) construction sites to collect site owner details and assess potential needs.

Share collected leads with our authorized dealers and collaborate closely with them to convert leads into sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local contractors, masons, and site engineers to develop a reliable local business network.

Maintain regular coordination with the senior sales team to update daily lead generation and conversion status.

Use the companys mobile application regularly to log leads, customer details, dealer updates, and conversion progress.

Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity in the assigned territory.

Candidate Requirements:

Bike/Motorcycle: Mandatory for daily field visits.

Minimum Qualification: Minimum Graduate

Language Skills: Must be fluent in Bengali and Hindi; basic to moderate proficiency in English is desirable.

Tech Savvy: Must be comfortable using mobile applications and digital reporting tools.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in the field.

Salary & Benefits:

Starting Salary: 14,000 per month (Negotiable)

Travel Allowance (TA): Provided additionally

Appraisal: Salary may be increased after job confirmation, based on performance evaluation.
