Job Description

as an airport passenger service associate, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to passengers traveling through the airport. this includes assisting with check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and any other passenger needs that may arise.

in addition to customer service, you will also be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the airport. this includes coordinating with airport staff, managing airport cargo, and overseeing the overall flow of passengers through the terminal.
