Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage a network of agents for Kotak Life Insurance.

2. Recruit, train, and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.

3. Provide ongoing support and guidance to agents to enhance their performance.

4. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions when necessary.

5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.

7. Maintain accurate records of agent performance and sales activities.

8. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

9. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

10. professionally represent Kotak Life Insurance at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving targets.

4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

5. Sound knowledge of insurance products and market dynamics.

6. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.

7. Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
