as a ticket checking staff, your responsibilities will include reviewing and validating passenger tickets and boarding passes to ensure compliance with airline regulations. you will also be responsible for assisting passengers with questions or concerns related to their travel itinerary and providing exceptional customer service throughout their airport experience.

to excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of aviation and airline operations, as well as proficiency in aviation security protocols. experience working in airline customer service or as part of an airline ground staff team is highly preferred.
