Job Summary:

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Officer to join our team in Chirala and Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh. The successful candidate will be responsible for community field work, sales growth, and deposit collection. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Community Field Work: Engage with local communities, conduct door-to-door awareness activities, and promote our products/services.

2. Sales Growth: Increase sales numbers and achieve targets.

3. Deposit Collection: Collect sales deposits and ensure timely payments.

4. New Plant Identification: Identify potential locations for new plants.

5. Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with local KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), Sarpanches, and Gram Panchayats.

6. Team Coordination: Collaborate with larger teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

7. Reporting Manager: Perform tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in field sales and collections.

2. Education: Basic degree required.

3. Transportation: Own a 2-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.

4. Teamwork: Ability to coordinate with larger teams and work independently.
