ak fusion and creation is looking for a tender executive to handle end-to-end tendering processes, from documentation to submission, vendor coordination, and post-tender follow-ups. the role ensures timely, compliant, and competitive bids to support business growth.

key responsibilities

prepare and submit tender documents as per requirements.

coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely inputs.

analyze specifications, prepare competitive bids, and ensure compliance.

track tender status, report progress, and manage post-bid communications.

conduct market and competitor analysis to strengthen bid strategies.

qualifications

bachelor��s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field.

2 - 3 years�� experience in tendering/procurement (road construction/manufacturing preferred).

skills

strong knowledge of tendering processes & compliance.

proficiency in ms office (excel, word, powerpoint).

excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities.

ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
