we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven telecaller to join our team. as a telecaller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote our products or services, generate leads, and build relationships.
*key responsibilities:*
- make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products or services
- generate leads, follow up on existing leads, and close sales
- build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions
- meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales
- collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to achieve business objectives
