Job Title: Telecaller
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote our products or services, generate leads, and build relationships.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products or services
- Generate leads, follow up on existing leads, and close sales
- Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to achieve business objectives
*Requirements:*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if required)
