Job Description:

1. Identify prospects by reading telephone and zip code directories and other prepared listings from the internet.

2. Calling customers to inform them about our product or service.

3. Persuade the customer to arrange a meeting with our marketing team by informing about the benefits of the products/services.

4. Generate the required number of leads on a regular basis.

5. Fix appointments with prospective clients.

6. Record the customer information accurately in excel.

Requirements:

1. Must have experience in IT

2. Should be fluent in English.

3. Ability to learn about our products and services and explain them to prospects

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. The Candidate should have at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.

6. Experience in BPO (IT) will be an added advantage.
