Key Responsibilities of Sales Tele Callers
ï‚· On time reaching out of digital marketing leads , leads sent through WhatsApp , google my business ,
Ecom etc.
 Generating leads segment wise – iPhone, iMac, iPad & iWatch
ï‚· Handling both inbound and outbound calls
ï‚· Be customer-centric
ï‚· Obtaining customer information and other relevant data in reaching out the customer easily
ï‚· Asking few basic questions to the customer to understand their requirements
ï‚· Explaining about the current offers and validity of the offers / discounts
ï‚· Taking and passing the leads to the respective store managers as per the customer geography
ï‚· Maintaining the database of each and every customers
ï‚· Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers for conversion as and when required
Key Competencies of Tele caller
ï‚· Prior experience as a tele caller or similar.
ï‚· Computer literate.
ï‚· Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
ï‚· Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
ï‚· Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
ï‚· Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
ï‚· Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
ï‚· Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
ï‚· Hard-working individual.
