Requirements:

Strong communication skills, ranging from average to good, to effectively interact with potential customers.

Minimum qualification of HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) is required.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, and an experience letter is required.

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers as part of the lead generation process.

Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through telephonic interactions and gather relevant information.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their inquiries and providing information about the company's products/services.

Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.

Ensure candidates are from the specified locations: Andheri East and West, Ghatkopar East and West, Powai, Sakinaka, Marol, Chakala, Santa Cruz, Bhandup East and West, Vikrant East and West.
