job responsibilities:

make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

explain products/services and generate interest among customers.

maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.

follow up on leads, handle inquiries, and convert them into sales opportunities.

build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

key skills required:

excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

confident, persuasive, and result-oriented personality.

ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

good listening and problem-solving skills.

basic computer knowledge (ms office, crm tools preferred).

qualifications:

minimum 12th pass / graduate (any stream).

prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service will be an advantage.

freshers are also welcome with good communication skills.

should have good english spoken
